Riders and drivers may not refuse service, rate, or treat anyone differently on the basis of race, colour, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, pregnancy or any other characteristic protected by law.
Fair pricing
Our Fair Price models do not use protected characteristics, names, photos or neighbourhood demographics. Risk signals are based on reported incidents at locations and times, and apply equally to everyone travelling there.
Reporting
Report discrimination from the trip in the app. Confirmed violations result in permanent removal.
