HaloRide started with two problems. Riders couldn’t tell if a negotiated price was fair, and too many people didn’t feel safe getting into a stranger’s car. Drivers had it hard too: lowball offers, and passengers they knew nothing about. We set out to fix both, with pricing anyone can understand, safety on every trip and a clean-car standard we actually enforce.
